What to Expect

Below is some information, on what to expect.

Your ATLS schedule has already been emailed to you. This Schedule is Live & interactive. Click on the lesson / icons for additional information, learning objectives, lecturer & Location.

Bring your mobile / tablet charger, we are green, digital & we utilise plenty of QR codes.

​

Our Site is located within Element DFW North. The address is; 3550 I-635, Irving, TX 75063.

Within Element DFW North, our staff will be near the breakfast buffet area. You will be welcomed by our staff, feel free to grab some breakfast and checkin via the online Link.

​

Classes will start at 7:30am. Our schedule is live on our website and we aim to finish earlier.

​

Location of the main room is Resolve / Review, they will be listed on your ATLS schedule and will have signs in the hotel and in the breakfast area.

 

Location of the breakout room will be located across several suites on one floor and will be designated by various numbers. The exact room number will also be listed on your ATLS schedule and will have signs outside the doors.

​

Breaks, 10-15 minute breaks are evenly spaced out. Plenty of coffee, snacks and food.

​

Lunch, Lunch will be provided via via a buffet menu or plated meal as per your preferences on the concierge page. Some days are themed by the hotel.

​

Restrooms, are located in multiple locations on the ground floor and first floor.

​
